Scheduling Services:
- All customers should inquire about the times they would like to schedule BEFORE purchasing tutoring. If
customer purchases tutoring without consulting with Infinity Online Math Tutoring and receiving an email
confirmation, a refund will not be given. Instead, student may find another tutorial time OR use the credit to
buy other services.
Payment:
- All payments must be made through Pay Pal with credit card. Payments must be received before tutoring or
other services will be supplied.
Missed/Canceled Sessions:
- Sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. If a student(s) is/are more than 15 minutes late for a
session, tutor will log out and no refund/credit will be given. If student(s) log(s) in late and tutor is still
available, a tutoring session can commence, but will not continue for more than the remaining time in the
original scheduled session.
- Sessions canceled with 24 hour notice by the student, will be rescheduled or credit may be given to use for
other services.
- If tutor needs to cancel session for any reason, 24 hours notice must be given, and session will be
rescheduled. If 24 hours notice cannot be given, then tutor will allow student to reschedule that original
session and also receive a free half-hour (30 min) session.
Introductory Offer:
- This offer is only valid for new clients. It's purpose is to allow new potential clients to see if Infinity Online
Math Tutoring services are ideal for them. All a parent needs to do to setup the consultation and introductory
session is to contact Infinity Online Math Tutoring and schedule a time. If you have a gift certificate, you may
still qualify for the introductory offer.
Homework Check/Check Plus/Email Help:
- If an error is made while checking problems or in the answering/explaining of these problems, student may
receive one free Email Help or Homework Check (value $5.00). Only problems that are fully attempted will be
completed with answer and explanation (for homework check plus service). If tutor receives an unattempted
problem, only notations and ideas for how to do the problem will be given.
Resolution of Conflict:
- Infinity Online Math Tutoring is confident that the services provided will be professional and to client
expectations. In the instance that a customer believes that Infinity Online Math Tutoring is not providing the
service that it advertises, please contact jenniferozuna@infinityonlinemathtutoring.com to resolve all issues.
- Our goal is to have all our clients feel as though they can recommend our services to someone else.
